Upload sequences for expression, purification, quality control and binding assays in the selected E. coli or HEK293 system.
Submit amino-acid sequences for antibodies, VHHs, scFv/Fab, IgG or designed miniprotein binders. Depending on the selected format and expression system, the service includes gene synthesis, expression, purification, quality control and BLI binding measurements against a supported target. Results are linked to candidate IDs, including unsuccessful expression attempts, for analysis and subsequent design rounds. Kinetic parameters are included only when the relevant option is selected and the data support a valid fit.
